So how i understand CUL partage her model with vy1 and rev with vy2...

It's actually quite simple !
CUL wasn't a VOCALOID at first, but a simple "virtual character" (with the model by LAT that you have). She wasn't meant to be a VOCALOID, and thus, they used VY1 to make her voice. However, CUL got popular, and they ended up making her own specific voice. She changed designs a bit (the clothes changed but her face + hair remained the same). In the same fashion, REV used VY2's voice - but he did not became a VOCALOID.
VY1 "Mizki" is a VOCALOID that have no real appearance (she is a "fan", like VY2 is a katana) - so some people used CUL to represent her - but this model you have is simply CUL !
